xbox cloud gaming issue

so i got to level 40 on assassins creed origins the max level and i had done a lot of work on the game and this was all on cloud gaming. so when i went to launch the game on xbox it told me to choose the data i want to use the one from the xbox or cloud gaming and i choose xbox so when i launched the game it put back at level 25 where i left off on the xbox. so then i went on my pc to try to play back at my level with cloud gaming and the data was just gone.

Yes, you told it to delete your cloud save and use the local one instead, which would then be uploaded to the cloud. I'm sorry but there's nothing that can be done to recover it.

Hi,

I have been using a DS4 controller and the controller input lag is very horrible sometimes even when wired. The game also freezes sometimes. Does my laptop performance impact Xcloud gaming performance too?

Thank you for attempting to answer my question. Not to be rude but, it seems that I didn't phrase my question correctly. I meant, that, I have problems with my wireless xbox controller. When I connect it to my Mac via bluetooth, the computer connects to it, and it sees it, but xCloud for some reason does not detect it, giving me an error message of "connect your xbox wireless controller".

Hello Mikhail, Xcloud is a game streaming service, as much as you are playing directly from a browser on your MAC, it still needs minimum requirements to run, as your OS is old it may not run as smoothly as on newer machines .
