xbox cloud gaming is not working through any browser

I am on windows 10 and every time I try load it, it gives me this with variations with the error code

The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.

Error code: 5feeQgYL9TpIlqFeAOzinE.12

I have tried different browsers, clearing my cache, restarting my laptop, changing everything to a different region, language etc in this case US because I saw that helped some people.

nothing is helping for me

any other suggestions would be appreciated, thank you

Have you tried to launch cloud gaming on your Xbox App?

Just a friendly reminder though that you need to ensure that your physically located in the region where the service is supported.

Thank you for your response here are the attempts of myself performing your suggestions.

1. The controller is fully updated through the Xbox Accessories app, I do not know what you mean by repairing the controller to the PC.

2. The controller works through both wired and wireless and I can navigate through the menu perfectly fine but when I open a game on the Cloud gaming app it does not work, It does work on installed games, however.

3. I noticed that the controller did not work within the cloud gaming app is the first time trying to open any games within the cloud gaming app. I attempted to play through the browser Xbox website cloud gaming app and this worked perfectly fine.

4. It has never worked on the Xbox app Cloud gaming but it works perfectly on the browser Xbox cloud gaming website.

Hopefully, a fix can be found for this.

If the above doesn't work, then if you are using a specific web browser to access Xbox Cloud Gaming, try switching to a different browser and see if the issue persists. Additionally, if you have access to another device, such as a different computer or mobile device, try accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming from that device to determine if the issue is related to a specific device or browser.

Also don't forget that some browser extensions or plugins can interfere with the functionality of web applications. Disable any extensions or plugins that might be running in your browser and try accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming again.

When cloud gaming on an Xbox console, any wired or wireless controller that is compatible with an Xbox console will work for cloud gaming on console.

If you’re using a web browser to play cloud games, the Xbox Wireless Controller is currently the only officially supported controller. Other controllers may or may not work for cloud gaming on a browser.
