Xbox Cloud Gaming Controller wont Connect PC

I am able to connect my Xbox controller to PC and use it through Steam, and other games I downloads through the Xbox Game Pass, but I can connect it to Cloud gaming. It says its connected, yet, I cant get pasted the title screen of any game I load up. There's no input in the game, but I can navigate through the Xbox menu that pops up. Any help?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, the access to connect a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller to Xbox is currently unavailable. Xbox Cloud can only operate with the same controllers which you use on your Xbox Console.

You can find out how to connect your controllers using Bluetooth here.

Hi Eddie. This is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. Believe me, if I were on your situation, I would feel the same way.

Unfortunately, the MOGA XP5-X Plus is a bluetooth controller for mobile & cloud gaming for Android/PC only that works on bluetooth or USB connection. It doesn't really work on Xbox consoles for cloud gaming.

Have you tried playing cloud gaming on PC or Android if your controller works fine?
