Not to my knowledge as a lot of in game data and app data is stored in the cloud ☁️. Even in game icons when you put a disc in will change depending on if you are online or not.

only the standard Xbox pad can be used for cloud gaming, this is unlikely to change in the near future. The controller emulation interface that allows it to work with the cloud is only configured for that and other X input standard control pads

As far as I know there are no games that can use guitars that are available in the cloud, and given latency issues I don't think you would want to play them

Nintendo controllers are not x input compatible and won't work
