Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta) on Console Begins Releasing to Insiders Starting Today!

You might have joined the Beta for Minecraft, you can unsubscribe to the beta through the Xbox Insiders app on the console.

As the general public release of the game is currently 1.12.

The limited beta starts today, not the game release. If you signed up for the beta and have been invited to join, you should get a key you'll need to redeem to join the beta once it starts today. You would opt into the Minecraft Beta via the Xbox Insiders App. Unenroll your device, via the Xbox Insiders App, from that beta test and it will START the process to remove you from the beta. This can take sometime and might require the updates to cycle
through the next release, catching the full release up to the beta versioning before you are fully unenrolled and able to access the full release again.

In my understanding the Dashboard experiment, A, B, C selection, is totally random.

As "Both consoles say their OS Version is (19h1_release_xbox_dev_1911.191028-1335)" your consoles are either in the Beta or Delta ring.

Insiders today, which you can manually start or wait until it becomes mandatory.
