when will this outage be fixed ?

Richierich- If you want to upload mp4 to the cloud to play on xboxone I recommend you D/L Realplayer cloud from the windows store. There you can upload movies onto the cloud and watch them on your xbox. This has worked flawlessly for me without having to
recode my videos

Everything works without any problems. So what I had stored on the Cloud on the X360 I uploaded the same save files to Xbox One. It's a good idea because the X360 games can't store on the new Xbox One system.
