    Xbox clips too long?


    Whenever I record a game clip on my Xbox by double tapping home and clicking x it records A FIVE MINUTE CLIP I wondered if the length varied by game but it doesn't and my friends clip lengths are always 30 seconds. Is there a way to pick a default clip length
    or something that I messed up? Or is my Xbox about to kick the bucket?

    Xbox Record clips going corrupt, 0x80040212 "Clip was deleted or never published"

    My xbox is having error 0x80040212 too, some clips are saved and anothers clips arent saved, Xbox clips too long? :( i wish xbox's next update to fix it.

    Game DVR not working?

    Delete some of your clips. It's most likely you have too many clips stored away

    Clips are always recorded at 30 seconds, but you can edit longer clips within Upload Studio Xbox clips too long? :)

    this must be a glitch then because my Xbox stopped recording 30 second game clips a long time ago plus editing a ton of game clips just to get the 30 seconds out of takes a ton of time. Just wish I knew how to fix it because this eats up my storage super

    Oh I got the impression it was with a specific clip you were having this issue. Yes, uploading 51 clips to then download them to the PC and upload to YouTube would take way too long.

    Can you record a new game clip on the Xbox and see if that shows up on the PC's Xbox App?

    Xbox DVR problems, even with hard resets or anything from the guidelines

    I wouldn't like to use the 1hr feature. That would be too long of a clip to be stored on my onedrive. Plus, 30 seconds is enough time for one clip because I make vids on Youtube so these broken clips are a huge inconvenience.
