    Xbox clips not uploading to Xbox Live, even though it says it does?


    Hi,

    I record alot of clips and screenshots via my Xbox menu and normally have them share automatically, But a couple of days ago the clips stopped uploading?

    I have done everything I can including:

    - uninstalled Xbox App (all of them) from Windows and Android

    - Logged out of all Devices

    - Cleared all device cache and storage

    - logged in fresh to windows and Android apps

    The clips are still recording and saving to my Xbox, the issue is that when I go to my recent captures and select a capture and select share (to anything... even activity, club, friends... any) It will show the list for uploads followed by the % progress
    of the upload and then I get the notification on Xbox and my android app that clip / screenshot has been uploaded.

    But when I go to my android app to open that notification, it says that something went wrong and the image can not be shown.

    If I go back to my Xbox and filter by "On Xbox Live" then that upload that I just done is not listed there anymore.

    I will then upload any other screenshot or clip and it will say its been uploaded successfully, but its not uploaded no matter what!?!?!?

    I also read that it might be my xbox Live cloud/DVR that is full, so I deleted clips and screenshots from my Xbox, I also tried from my Xbox companion app but everything I delete just re appears when I refresh?? I have made sure that I am deleting it from Xbox
    Live and not just from Local Xbox.

    This is Infuriatingly frustrating, PLEASE HELP!!!

    UPDATE:

    While in my Xbox DVR I had to click the drop down menu to go to "On This Xbox". And from there it allowed me to upload game clips to my One Drive. But in the normal "On Xbox Live" menu it still does not allow me to upload anything. Even though that is
    the way I've been doing to for years. So it's "fixed" as long as I go through the drop down tab "On This Xbox".

    Turn Off Video Snapshots

    When on the Xbox One home screen press the menu button and go to settings, then preferences, and uncheck where it says "record clips with game DVR." Saved clips can be found and deleted in the Upload app, not Upload Studio though. Highlight clips in the
    "saved clips" section, press the menu button, then choose delete.

    I looked in the Xbox dvr file and they aren’t there, that’s the problem, I uploaded 600+ clips and only four are there, after I uploaded them I deleted them from my Xbox and they got deleted on Xbox live too so it seems like they are just simply gone on account of them for some reason not uploading even though I sat there for several minutes watching them “upload”

    Hey there Andy,

    I'd be happy to provide some input.

    Just to make sure, I would suggest you launch the Upload Studio app to confirm those clips were successfully uploaded to Xbox Live. This article

    here     explains how to do that.

    This link will also help:

    You'll be able to see the clips you made on the old Xbox that were uploaded to Xbox Live since you are using the same account that made the clips originally.

    Once you confirm that the clips in question have been uploaded to Xbox Live, then it may be due to the clips not synchronizing to the app as you mentioned.

    A
    powercycle     on the console may help to re-sync your Xbox, and the clips that are on the Xbox, to the Xbox Live Servers.
