Xbox clips are lagging

My clips and everyone elses i try to view are laggy. Both on my xbox one and my lg g2 running smart glass. It does s puttering kind of thing where the audio stays running constantly but the videos freeze and the speed up until they finally catch up and freeze
again. Some of my clips dont have sny audio as well but still lag the same. Is this happening to anyone else?

Az, Cod has a history of either 1 shot kills or nerf ball clips. Playing Aw, people are going from 1 to 4 bars, 4 to 1 bar. So, I'm 4 bars, suddenly 1 bar, thats when my 1 shot kills come in. The game is lagging terribly.

 

Upload Studio lagging/straining clips

Hi for the past 3-4 months now whenever I record clips, they are fine as individual clips but when merged in the upload studio they lag and get strained on play back, I have spoken to support online via the chat but they couldn't resolve my issue.

What I have tried:

1)clearing my cache

2)reseting internet

3)clearing mac

4)re-installing upload studio

5)making new clips after the re-install

6)my upload/download speeds are fine.

If anyone has any solutions that would be great!. It just sucks not being able to put clips together etc

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should solve the problem for you.

 

I have this same problem. I also have a LG G2 and any game clips i view speed up for 2 or 3 secs then freeze for 1 sec and then speed up again. Audio works fine. Maybe it could just be the phone?
