    Yeah still saying it and it doesn't look like Microsoft care about us it's ridiculous then to make matters even better for me i get Dc'ed every 10mins when i play which is always nice. Personally if this keeps up with saying i don't have gold i'm going to
    see about a lawsuit

    Yes. Once you claim a game with gold title for xbox 360 it's yours to play forever, even if you don't have an active xbox live gold subscription.

    You don't need gold any more on Xbox One. I have heard of people who claim they do but I don't. (unless they changed it in the last few months)

    I'm also having problems claiming Thief. Every other December Games With Gold game have worked fine, but with Thief, i keep getting asked for a credit card and i don't have one. I've tried claiming on the website and i've tried claiming on my Xbox One,
    both ask me for one.

    Need to "Purchase" Games with GOLD ? Do not find past month games

    Also if you haven't claimed previous games for gold within the time slot of the month, then you can't play these games as you have to claim them in the month they go free. So even if you don't play for months and have gold claim them to ensure they stay
    as a game you can download later.
