    Like the title says i get told i don't have xbox live gold even tho i used a 12month code around 4 months ago is there anything i can do so this gets resolved

    I bought gold but says i dont have it?

    I'm having this problem with my Xbox one. My problem is I have gold (can't redeem any codes because it claims I already have gold) and can't play Netflix or any games online because it claims I don't have gold

    I just recently renewed my xbox live gold and it says I have it but when I try to download deus ex human revolution xbox 360 game with gold it says I have to join now to claim???? Why I don't understand??? I have xbox gold....

    Try deleting your profile then redownloading it.

    I've had this same problem. Are you having any luck with fixing it? I have contact support multiple times and nothing has helped. I am getting really frustrated because I want to play the Destiny beta but I am being told I have no live.

    I can access netflix but I can't access the Destiny Beta. I was last billed for gold on 7/7 but nothing comes up under my subscriptions. I also have an ad on my home screen that says "Go Gold Today".

    Yeah I have that same ad. I cant connect to xbox live parties or games.

    Just discovered that I am having the same issue. I've been an Xbox Live member for 6 years with this account and renewed my 12 month subscription about a month ago. But now my Xbox is saying that I don't have Gold.

    I want to play Destiney Beta!

    Still got the problem been a few days it's really annoying me now it happened before but resolved itself quickly doesn't look like anyone knows how to fix it which is nice
