    Xbox child activity report missing data


    Hey,

    For the last two weeks my childs weekly report is missing a number of apps and associated screen time data. Apps such as Fortnite and Roblox do not appear, whereas games such as Fifa and Minecract do.

    There have been no account or settings changes so I dont understand why this feature is not working properly. I find it very useful to monitor activity but the reports are now pretty much useless.

    Any ideas?

    Added family plan and no activity showing up in Reports

    As I said I added myself and one child and I am seeing nothing in the activity reports.

    Call Xbox live helpdesk to know what to do > Contact Us | Xbox Support cause there is nothing to check in your familly account if the tracking is already set…

    Hi there.

    I have two boys and get these reports. The time doesnt include installation or updating. It is purely the time from the moment they run the game to the time they come off the game.

    If the pause the game and wander off, it's included until the Xbox powers off (if you have that setting enabled).
