Xbox chats glitching

So when you when I receive a message from someone else and like you know how it like loads well and I liked and I try to like go into it and won't load and then like migrate when I like receive it and go into it you know I ain't going to look at it to
see what they said that I see it and then I back out you know back to my home and you and then I go to my quick menu again then I got a new message I go to it and it's the same person and I keep on trying to clear the chat and then when I back out of it it
goes back to the chat again

Sorry but I'm having a difficult time understanding your question. It would help to proof read your post before you submit it. Perhaps you can shorten it and be more direct with the problem you are having and the question that you are seeking an answer

I understand you are having issues with the messages section on Xbox. You can try doing a console reset, remove your account then read it, or try messaging through the Xbox App. Hope this helps.

I'm not aware of a glitch that allows you to use party chat but, if you want to talk with just one other person, you can use Xbox live private chat.

Lately, this is a common request within the Ambassador chat. Most of us at the Ambassador team believe that it is a XBOX glitch, and that they should be fixing it shortly.

I am having trouble signing into my xbox 360 also. Went to a chat ambassador and they said that there is a glitch going on with sign in's on the xbox 360 and that they are working on a fix.
