Xbox Chat Not Working

about a week ago my mic stopped picking up my voice. In a party with my friends, I can hear them, and when i talk the circle next to my name lights up, but people can't hear me. I've tried to hard reset my Xbox, did the controller update, and i know its
not a mic problem, because I've tried my mic on my brother's Xbox and it worked fine. Also, I've tried his mic on my mine and it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

so I was in the middle of playing gta in a chat when all of a sudden the party goes dead. Says all my friends are offline and my privacy settings prevent chat with some people. I tried to go into my settings, everything is set to allow anyone but when I
click on it. Says service is temporarily unavailable.

I am seeing the same thing with titanfall. Headset just stops working. It works fine if I start a party and talk though.

this seems to be a big issue because I have the same problems going on. Any fixes for it?

 

No Mister Maka, I haven't been notified that I've received any type of suspension

 

Also, I still can't talk, anyone have ANY solutions?

Hey Mister Waka I checked your link and it showed that I had a communication suspension on 10/21/15 but it said it was temporary and I still can't talk on 11/9 (today)
