Xbox chat not working.

Discus and support Xbox chat not working. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so I was in the middle of playing gta in a chat when all of a sudden the party goes dead.     Xbox chat not working.


    so I was in the middle of playing gta in a chat when all of a sudden the party goes dead. Says all my friends are offline and my privacy settings prevent chat with some people. I tried to go into my settings, everything is set to allow anyone but when I
    click on it. Says service is temporarily unavailable.

    Hey Mister Waka I checked your link and it showed that I had a communication suspension on 10/21/15 but it said it was temporary and I still can't talk on 11/9 (today)
