    I like to game with my friends and we think it's funny when we find a glitch in a game, so we send each other screenshots. The problem is, I can send them screenshots and they can see them just fine. But when they send me screenshots it just says "This message contains unknown content". (I am on PC by the way and they are all on consoles). I have looked through all the settings and I can't find anything related to my problem. PLEASE HELP

    Screenshots & clips can be altered which is why the enforcement team do not accept them & probably never will.

    As has already been mentioned multiple times,the enforcement team have access to everything they need like deleted messages/screenshots/chat logs etc. to conduct a proper investigation.

    And I have tried restarting my modem and router before. The other Problem that happens pretty often. under the People tab then Recently played with it will not up date for 24+ Hours it will show the people I played with the day before for the Following
    day. Its Really pretty crazy.
