Xbox chat adaptor

Discus and support Xbox chat adaptor in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I recently bought the chat adaptor for my turtle beach x42's and i did the update and all that stuff.     Xbox chat adaptor


    I recently bought the chat adaptor for my turtle beach x42's and i did the update and all that stuff. It has significantly turned down my game sound so i can barely hear the game through it and annoys me is there a way to uninstall the update so i can go
    back to the way of just using the headset without the mic?

    Have you updated the software on the controller with the chat adapter plugged in?

    Xbox chat adaptor

    Once you have updated the headset adapter it cannot be reversed, have you tried the left buttons on the adapter they are the game/chat balance, you can also try removing the headset lead the adapter then plug back together again.
