Xbox chargeable batteries don’t fit in Xbox controller

Be aware that the people who handle this kind of thing don't use these forums. If you bought the item recently, you can easily request a refund and send them back to the people you bought them from. If you want some rechargeable batteries, you can find a 4 pair of energizer batteries on Amazon or any local store that sells them.

You can get rechargeable AA that will fit all your controllers for less than one battery pack

Iit isn't about greed

If you bought third party recharge kits what do you expect

You have to.take it up with the recharging company

The back.plates are different

However if you got OFFICAL ms play and charge kits they work except for.the cable due to the universal ones

MS doesn't promise that their controllers works with non licensed devices

Normally licensed batteries are just battery NOT contact chargers

So that they work with any back with your controller

You can get charge kits that are updated for.series x controllers you have to look up the reviews for the batteries and make sure they are compatible though I ran into this problem.Amazon replaced them

Older controllers no longer are manufactured fyi and I wouldn't want them due to the new direction pad and textured grips on these new ones

Fyi I even have.third party battery kits too which work but contactl chargers do need to br updated to work with the new backs which you can find at your local retailers

It might have to do with the type of battery you own. Get the chargeable ones if you don’t already and that should fix your issue.
