Xbox changed my GT. Now I have to pay to change it.

no because I have a feeling something pornographic will come up. You can google image santa claus and something bad will come up though.

 

That`s exactly what happens, and that`s probably why its had a forced change.

 

Just an update, I was given a free GT change AND I got my old one back! Thank you Xbox for making things right!

The whole point of microsoft stopping giving out free changes was because people just used the same tag again or another offensive one.

Thats also why multiple forced changes resulted in permanent bans.

 

The only reason I could see them giving him a free change was if they agreed there was nothing wrong with his GT in the first. So he should be fine.

 

Yes but other people here couldn`t see why it was offensive, maybe the one support staff member couldn`t either.

No doubt the day it gets reported again the XBLPET member who deals with it will know its meaning.

It's meaning has nothing to do with porn. It's meaning is just what it is. Just because some porn site calls themselves, I don't know... "red balloon", doesn't mean that from then on any mention of red balloons must be banned. Like I said before, if you
take that stance, there are NO GT's that could be allowed since all words have been used in context of porn at some point in one way or another. To paraphrase Freud, "Sometimes a NaughtyAmerican is just a NaughtyAmerican."

 

That's my thought, which is why I made the reference to santa claus earlier in the thread. For all I know there could be some sleazy site with bizarro in it's title. Does it mean I'm a pervert?
