    Xbox causing package loss?


    I am having problems with my xbox on multi-player games. When I test speed and statistics the upload, download and latency are all just fine but my package loss is either 0% or 100%. When it's 100% of course I have problems with multi-player games. I tried wired and wireless connection as well as a few threads about it with no result. I tried to use my phone as a Hotspot and connect through that using mobile data and I still had the 100% loss. The next time it was working good through my fiber I tried through my phone again and it was slow but 0% loss. Could the networking card in the Xbox be causing my problems? Is it repairable?

    Yep the same here. I ran through 3 or 4 troubleshooting threads I found with no luck. Been weeks of off and on. Port forwarding set and deleted. Google DNS. DMZ. Clear MAC address. It's also on and off when connected through my phone via mobile data. Sure it's the xbox but seeing others have the issue at least I know it's not just that I need a new Xbox.

    Done... no change... switched from wired to wireless connection... NAT is open... Ports are all forwared... switched to fixed ip... changed DNS... still 100% packet loss!

    Thats a common problem which was caused in one of the updates of February 2023.... no response from Microsoft yet.

    Thanks for the fast reply, I tried and it worked, the xbox says the package loss is gone but the lag issues are still the same..

    edit: 100% package loss back.
