Xbox Case Review for Child account "FGR Asai Takeda"

Hello Enforcement Team, I am writing a case review here on behalf of the child account in my family named "FGR Asai Takeda", I am writing this case review here because I could not submit one due to technical issues in the system (See case reference number
- 1379809023) the account was banned for "Account Theft Phishing Solicitation" but if you closely read the messages that inflicted the ban, you will see that I was not attempting Account Theft. I was attempting to sell 3rd partied accounts. Notice how I said
"attempting", that is because I never sold anything. Nor did I or do I own any 3rd partied accounts. So I'd like to form a contract, if I were to ever do anything bannable ever again, console ban me. This is my only option left as earlier my Xbox was completely
reset and I lost over 70 games along with half a years worth of gold, which needless to say is on that perma banned account... I only had access to these things still because the account was set as home on my xbox. As of right now, I am not able to play a
single game on xbox because of this little dilemma..

Why was I banned from games?

The adult account for the family will be able to see and submit a case review if eligible.

 

i cannot submit a case review

i am signed in with my adult profile which is linked to my sons gamertag. I am trying to submit a case review to get his suspenstion lifted but all i see is this:

Child accounts cannot submit Case Review inquiries. To submit a Case Review for a child account, the associated parent must sign in. To see your Microsoft account family, visit

No one will be able to help you here nor the XBLPET as they no longer use the forums, unfortunately you must create your case review from the Enforcement site only (which is not very reliable obviously...).

 

Hmmm so what should I do? It will not allow me to put a case review up. My account confused the system somehow. It was a child account, it got perma banned and then I made it into an adult to try and do a case review but... well you know how that ended up.

 

Not sure what you would expect to appeal since you came here and admitted that you did what the account was suspended for.

There literally are no second chances in cases like this. Attempting something fraudulent on Xbox Live and being caught or punished for it is the same as succeeding at same.

 

Like I said, it was banned for something I wasn't doing. Account theft? That was not my motive.

You said that. What part of that is incorrect? Advertising to sell, brokering other accounts to sell, ATTEMPTING to sell accounts are all violations of the Terms of Use.
