    Xbox cards not redeemable?


    Ok, so i lost this pack of Xbox gift cards for 2 years it was 45$ it came with an extra 5$ bonus card and i was hoping if an Xbox admin could reactivate them because, they dont work when i type the codes in the redeem codes area?

    I did this and all the options I had was for a digital or physical Visa card and neither of those have a 25 character code that can be redeemed on Xbox

    That is correct. What you would have redeemed from the vault is a prepaid Visa card, not an Xbox gift card.
    Yes and the instructions provided by Xbox state you can redeem for a visa card or redeem a 25 digit code on the Xbox Store and at no time is there an option for a 25 digit code. The instructions need to be change

    With payment cards, this depends on how your trying to redeem the card. If your trying to redeem the card on your Xbox Console, please try going to the Xbox Website and redeeming the card from there.

    Please go to:
    https://redeem.microsoft.com     and sign into your Xbox/Microsoft Account and try redeeming your code on that site.
