xbox card

I am trying to redeem an xbox card through my account online (not using the xbox). I go to the billing page and click on Redeem card or code, a new screen come up and all that is on it is the mircrosoft header stuff. No place to put in the code, nothing.
Any ideas?

On the main Xbox.com home page if you select your Avatar/profile in the top you should see the redeem code option near the bottom of the list. Alternately you can
use this link and it will take you directly to the page where you can redeem the code.
