If not, please try using a different DNS address for your tablet if possible.
Use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary
Or 8.8.8.8 and 8.0.0.8

Thanks, may I know if you tried reinstalling the app completely?

If that's the case and just to double check, do you have a VPN service or similar active and running in your Samsung tablet?

If yes, please disable temporarily and try again.

If not, can you try sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot with your phone then connect your tablet and try in that way?
