Xbox capturing issues on the 2019 call of duty modern warfare

Hello, I was writing because there's a capture issue with the game: Call of duty modern warfare (2019).

When u capture anything, it can be from 15 secones to 5 minutes. 720p, 1080p, 4k. It never records the right amount.

For example, record 30 seconds and it records only 8 seconds. Another one thst there is no sound on the audio.

IT ONLY happens with this game, any other game is fine.

Troubleshoot does not work such as power cycle, enabling captures etc..

I am not the only one with this problem. Many others face same issue.

Please check out the problem and also report it to Activision and infinity ward, please please get captures fixed for this game. Troubleshoot will not help, its a game technical issue

For 2019, it would be Call of Duty Modern Warfare

Hi @anbuj001

You get the "Oops.not sure what happened here. Please try again later." when you try and install the multiplayer pack from within the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game. This is the error I was getting. If you close the window you will see the dreaded PILUM error code!

So as per my post, you need to navigate to the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game in the Xbox game store, choose the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare - Digital S..." edition and then scroll down to the "In This Bundle" portion.

Then choose the multiplayer pack for Call of Duty Modern Warfare and install that.

The reason for the error is because Call of Duty Warzone versions have been updated, but the Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 game multiplayer included version link has not, hence the error you get.

This is how COD MW works, unfortunately there is no way of going back to season 1 as of now. Activision is explaining their progression and ranking system (including seasons) here

Hi there I am really glad you brought this up. It is a semi known issue that they keep fixing and then next patch it seems to break again. The only thing that I've seen that helps is either reinstalling the game or waiting for the next patch. Sorry

Ahhh thank you for giving me the slightest of information. I'm glad im definitely not the only one that's noticed this ongoing issue. No way that I'm reinstalling the game, I had to do that when season 3 launched a few week ago as it froze on 100% updating
and was no fix other than reinstalling.

I noticed that 3 days ago I clipped 2 things and they both seemed to work fine for a change. So I dont know if it's semi patched or not, I'll have to investigate.

Theres also a 15gb update this tuesday (4/28) so we will see then too.
