Xbox Captures/Screenshots stored on Xbox no longer showing.

I had a bunch of screenshots from various games stored on my xbox, they were not loaded on Xbox Live or OneDrive.

Now when I go to Captures I can only see the three I took in the past week and the four that were uploaded to Xbox Live over two years ago.

Any ideas where these have gone or how to get them back?

There would have been about 100.

It's always a good policy to save your captures otherwise you might lose them by constantly getting new ones.

I believe there is no way to get them back.

I suggest you store them somewhere else.

I have the xbox app on my phone and from there I save all my captures to my phone and then transfer to a computer.

You can upload them directly to your OneDrive account from the xbox as well.

When I go on recent captures, it shows the clip on uploaded to Xbox live but not showing as being on my console. I only have 6 captures on my Xbox which are now all screenshots.
