    Xbox captures problem error in coding?


    So recently my captures haven’t been capturing within the time I choose, say I record the last 30 seconds it will record 5 seconds etc.

    Also now when I save my clips on my phone and send on WhatsApp for example or try and edit I always get an error or unable to send.

    Is this something in the coding, I haven’t changed anything and they always used to send and save fine.

    Hey, that error code usually refers to the format of the video being unsupported by microsoft. Have you got your xbox running through a video capture device, or something similar?

    I've only run into it in-game. I'll try to get on it again to get a capture or at least the error code. Don't remember off the top of my head if it was a XBL error or an in-game error.
