    Xbox Captures Not Working


    Hello! My Game Captures aren't working They're not coming up on XboxApp in captures, They're not uploading to xbox live, When I click on them on xbox it comes up with a message saying "Something went wrong. Sorry, we are unable to share this at the moment.
    Try again in a while." This is been going on for about a week or two now. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

    Game Captures

    go to the xbox menu, capture and share tab, then view all captures.
    If not, try restarting the console.

    Please let me know if it doesn't work.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work may I ask if your game clips are uploaded automatically to Xbox network or stored on your console storage?
