    Xbox Captures Not Recording


    My xbox captures are not recording, i have teied power cycles, clearing caches, and deleting old videos!

    it just captures 10-15 seconds of a clip that is irrelevant of what I wanted to capture!!

    I have trawled troubleshooting and attempted everything! Nothing has worked!

    Is there a definitive way this can be sorted properly! As I have said power cycle does not work!

    recording gameclips on xbox one

    Xbox One S by default captures 1080p with a max of 2 minutes.

    Go to preferences > Broadcast & Capture

    Under capture select Game clip resolution and choose 720p SDR. This will allow you to record 5 minutes. Be warned, the quality of video recordings will drop.

    How Do I record a video capture?

    Aha! If you press the XBox button and tab right twice with the right button you'll get to "Capture & share" where "Start Recording" does the same thing that "Record from now" did. Also "Recent captures" and "Show all" will get you to "Manage captures".

    xbox game bar captured video doesn't show application's icon

    Use OBS to record and set as display capture, gamebar will only capture application window and it ignores a lot of overlays, CAD apparently loves to draw elements onto overlay which some screen recorders ignore or cannot record. OBS will capture most but will also miss some.

    Hi there there already is a way to capture in game footage by using the "xbox record that" command it will allow you to capture up to 5 minutes of gameplay.

    Hello, but trim race did you get it elsewhere? On the Windows 10 store is not found, only on Xbox. This is why it does not appear the screenshot capture symbol etc.
    No I couldn't capture this game with Xbox screen recorder, neither with OBS, fraps, etc. But with the same app, the Xbox recorder I could capture every other game I have on my computer…
