Xbox captures not recording correctly

Well most of my clips are in forhonor so kinect and backing out to the homescreen arent the problem. And i dont think that the resolution is the issue either because it works sometimes just not all and it records 15 seconds instead of 5 minutes.

In most cases, capturing allows the creation of clips up to 5 minutes in length. At times, you may find that your clip is shorter than anticipated. There are a few reasons why this may happen:

• Time spent outside the game is removed from the clip. For example, if you back out of the game to the Home screen while recording, the time on the Home screen will not make it into the clip.
  
• Publishers may disable the recording of certain game segments for several reasons that may include, but are not limited to:
  • Potential game spoilers
  • Views of a player or players in the game seen through their Kinect
• Capturing records clips at 720p, 30 frames per second. For most games, this resolution will allow a clip of approximately 5 minutes. Clips with significant graphic intensity or action may be shorter, as duration is sacrificed to maintain a high-quality
  recording.

Thanks for the reply! I understand there is an issue with the Xbox one. I recommend checking the storage on the Xbox One.
Depending on your game clip resolution and available storage space, clips can last up to 10 minutes (capturing to internal storage) or 1 hour (capturing to external storage).

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

For that you need a capture card and do the stream with a PC.
If I recall correctly Recording others people voice is restricted as well
