    Xbox can’t read all games now


    Hello, since a few weeks my Xbox won’t read some game CDs. Blu-ray works without any problems.

    I bought new games, a few could be install and playing but the most doesn’t start.

    I restart the console, I clear cache and trying all i could.

    I really need help.

    Xbox can’t read all games now

    There are some solutions in the article above that you can try to see if it helps your Xbox read the discs, or at least see where the problem lies.

    Worst case scenario, there is a problem with the disc drive, and the Xbox will need to be sent in for repair. If that is necessary, you can start that process here:

    I have done what you have posted on Xbox 360 and I can now receive, read and reply to messages on Xbox 360 but I still can’t send messages or read them on Xbox one or Xbox app.

    Thanks, unfortunately I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options and nothing has worked.

    I don’t have an issue accessing the 2tb drive that I have formated and use for games, just all other attempts to access media from various usb devices, including 3.0

    The xbox recognises that the device is there, but it can’t read anything from the drives via any of the media reading apps.
