    Make sure you use the same account associated with Xbox Live on your PC and that Windows 10 is correctly updated to the latest version. However, try to follow this

    guide     for a correct configuration.

    If it doesn't work, try to restore the app with the "wsreset.exe" command (on W10 search tab).
