Your solutions did not work ! But I was able to find something that in fact did it !

I made sure that my connection had these settings and it worked. Here for everyone that have the same problem !

I have this problem and at the moment I'm resetting my xbox one, but i don't know exactly if it's gonna work.

If you are attempting to connect to wi-fi, you need the password for that wi-fi. If you are trying to connect to wi-fi that is not password protected, you need to have access to the modem itself, as you need to reset the modem or the xbox will not recognize
it.

you might need to connect 1 of your Xbox's to Wi-Fi and the other thought a wired connection or get a better Wi-Fi router.

Hello Viens,

We understand that the console is unable to connect to the home network, even with other devices connecting without issue.

Our suggestion here, perform a Soft Factory Reset by selecting the following:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files.

This step will do the following:

Remove profiles (Keep all information needed for signing into any/all accounts)
Redo the network connection, so it is best to have a backup connection, i.e. ethernet cord, hotspot connection

Try this out for us and let us know how this goes!

Im having this same issue and ive tried everything as well 😕 except it connects me to the internet then disconnects and says cant find ip address or dns then it logs me out
