xbox cant connect to live

hello

yesterday my xbox disconnected xbox live i tried to connect but nothing works.

restarted xbox and ruther

after i cleard the cache it works for a second but stopped and a message came who said i cant download my profile now

need help :/

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

i have tried everything but nothing work.

if i put the ethernetcable in my pc it works

but not in the xbox

all the time i played without internet problems but now i have no idea :/

how can i know that my ip adress is banned ? a friend said it could be the problem
