    I have an xbox with 15 dollars in it i checked

    but i cant buy stuff it keeps asking for a payment option everytime i click buy for something

    Rent Movies?

    Same prob cant rent vids going to change to play station xbox isnt user freindly it sucks like i can rent games buy stuff for games but cant rent a freaking movie xbox one you suck ***

    What is it that you are trying to buy, Xbox One game, back compat game or something else?

    There should be an option to use Microsft balance when you click buy. I know sometimes there has to be a debit/credit card on file for "backup payment option" when making purchases. Also don't forget there is tax on all sales.

    Hello i have the same Problem. Can't buy anything from the Store. All my Payment Options disapeared. I'm from Germany. Pre-ordered Games still are preordered with my Payment Options for example with Paypal but i can't buy anything new. And i can't add
    a new Payment Options.

    Are you trying to buy them in the right region?

    Hello, yes i tried to buy in my Region (Germany) and i get the same Error on the Microsoft Account Page.

    Hey R4iKeNxPM thanks for the reply!

    So if we're understanding this right the console itself doesn't allow payment options to be added? If that's the case we suggest adding them directly to the

    Microsoft Account     through the website and
    Power Cycling     the console for the change to take effect. Give it a shot and let us know if we can further assist in this or any other issue or inquiry!

    I just found what was causing the Problem, i went to my Subscriptions and for EA Access there was a Payment Error which i had to fix. I clicked it and could add my Paypal as my Payment option. Problem solved. Xbox cant buy stuff :D
