Xbox cannot keep internet connection

Whilst using my X, no matter what time of day, no matter what i'm currently playing/using on the console it will suddenly, whithout warning drop internet connection complety.

If i then go to the network settings and test for connection, ~20% of the time it will reconnect and the rest of the time it will state something like "no internet connection detected". Whilst in network settings, in the area where it states which services
are having problems it reads "xbox/xboxone/Teredo" or similar.

This problem affects no other devices in the house so i doubt its the actual internet/router.

Any help is appreciated, if more info is needed, simply ask.

Yeah i had a problem with it too. Said it cannot connect to the servers. I thought it was just a problem with my internet connection.

Need help with xbox live

Hello
I don't really understand what has happened to my xbox live account, but i cannot anymore connect my console to internet, though my laptop connects without any problems. More than that, i cannot visit any xbox or microsoft website to get help from there!
I guess my account might have been hacked somehow. atm, i had my FIFA13 running, but i was using my laptop, so didn't really see what has happened there, it just said that it can no longer connect to live, and when i checked it, i could not connect to internet at all.
I had no xbox-point (or whatever they are called) on my account, but i had my bank account connected to it.

i tried visiting ms, or xbox web pages from the other browsers, not working either! and I cannot call to the call service, because I am in Finland and it is 9 a.m. here, unless someone knows 24/7 customer service number!

so if anyone has any advises what should I do, and suggestions what might have happened, I would appreciate your help.

Hey there, can you give us some more info on the ISP and gateway/router that are in use? Please provide us with the make/model. Also how often is this happening? Is it at a regular interval or is it completely random?

Xbox One network troubleshooter and see if they help get a more stable connection. Post back and let us know!

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live

I am having the same issue since weds (10 jun). Console connected to internet but unavle to access any games or apps! Keeps saying cannot connect to service. Check internet. Internet check says its fine and connected

Reset the xbox keeping games and apps so effectively a hard reset

Nothing works at all, but will connect through my hotspot on my phone through the WiFi in My house, but when I try to directly connect to Internet just comes up "cannot connect"

At a total loss n starting to get annoyed now😂
