Xbox cannot connect to parties with my new internet

I recently got a new internet plan with a new modem and this one doesn’t want to let me join Xbox parties. When i connect to it (wired or not) everything is fine and works apart from the party system. I’ll receive and join an invite, it’ll join and then say all members are connecting, then shortly after it’ll disconnect me from the party and say there was an error. My NAT will say open as-well and it still won’t word. I’ve tried resetting both the console and the modem. I factory reset my Xbox and it didn’t make a difference. I don’t know what to do

this is a connection problem, the party hoster sometimes cannot host more than a certain amount of people in one party, at a time, due to his or her internet connection settings. sometimes i could be playing mw3 in a party of four, being the host of the
party, and when someone else joins or has slow connection my party will randomly lag them out or kick them, because with my internet i can only host 4 at a time. also there have been slight problems with xbox live recently.

I too have had this problem. I will be in a game/xbox live party and all of a sudden i will drop from the game and get kicked out of the party, then get put right back in the party, it's really annoying. My internet on my computer is fine. I have tried
getting a new splitter, a new modem, a new router, directly connecting with the router not even on, how can this happen all of a sudden?

I cannot connect to the internet on my Xbox 360, and when I login on the computer, everything is fine. This is my problem. My Xbox 360 will connect to my network but will not gail internet access.
