Discus and support xbox cannot be contacted in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Hi, My account has been permanently banned on Xbox.     Hi, My account has been permanently banned on Xbox.

    As a result I have tried to contact them via he link on the xbox website but it doesn't work properly. As soon as I click on the "Select account" button, nothing happens. (I have tried on different internet browsers with the same result).

    I find very frustrating the fact than I cannot contact anyone from the XBox either online or via the phone. Legally any website should have a phone number but it seems that this website doesn't have one. This is a serious issue which should be sorted as soon as possible.

    No asamy websites have call back. HOWEVER It.won't solve your issue

    Edge or Firefox are best

    Should.be noted ONLY enforcement.xbox.com can address the issue

    No phone number will solve your issue as it would be full of spammers blocking the line thata why enforcement is always via moderated forums

    Keep in mind there is a bug currently where short bans are listed as permanent you just have to wait it out if ita a 1 day or 1 week ban (listed.on the website )
