    my name is makesan and I have a question, I want to cancel my subscription that I redeemed from a prepaid card and it ends today and I haven't turned on recurring billing and when I click cancel it says to contacts customer services. please help me guys!

    the thing is, if then suscription has already expired, you can't remove the recurring billing until you pay again the month, and if you acept the recurring billing with acondition of buy nother month, that's another thing, in that case you should call
