Xbox cancelled my repair after they recieved my console

    Xbox cancelled my repair after they recieved my console


    So i sent my xbox one in for repair on the 18 or so and yesterday i went to check the status of the order and it says cancelled. But my xbox is at the repair center and everything. It randomly switched to cancelled within the last 24 hours for reason?

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    Xbox One Won't Turn On; Power Supply or Console Problem?

    so i get my advance replacement console after they tell me to send in my power brick, then tell me that its the console.... and it has no power supply in it. they recieved my package and for some reason cancelled my order for my power supply to come back
    because they were under the impression that they were sending out whole units, while the warehouse was sending out just consoles. im out a power supply now, and still have to send back my broken xb1, well done xbox.

    Xbox went for repair, now lost everything!!!!

    Recently my xbox went off for repair under the warrenty and I recieved a brand new xbox back.



    I recovered my gamer tag but now I have no acheievements or points, avatar downloaded items, different gamer tag AND my xbox live gold membership untill the end of the year cancelled. NOT HAPPY!!



    What can i do!?

    Replaced First generation xbox 360

    When you setup a repair through Xbox support you will recieve the exact same model console as the one you sent in to them to get repaired.
