Xbox canceled my order of battlefield 1 ultimate edition and didn't need refund me my money

I brought FIFA 23 ultimate edition back on the 18/08/2022 what got cancelled didn't get a refund tho then brought it again on 25/09/2022 saying I only have the standard edition and haven't received my pre order bonus for some of the events

Oh, that makes sense. But now that I have canceled the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership (and have been refunded the $1 it took to upgrade it), is the rest of my subscription gone?

If you cancelled ultimate yes, because when you paid the 1$ converted all in ultimate, by cancelling ultimate you are cancelling all subscription because ultimate is the 3 subscriptions in 1.

But the gold was still for 5 months I just wanted to cancel the ultimate. I bought gold for 1 year 60 euros so they should return the 25 eiro. They should be warning me about canceling my gold. So they just robed me of 25 euros so will they return the
money because there didn't WARN me about losing my gold?

Hello, and thank you for the super quick reply. I have filed for a refund, and suggested the refund could be in the form of a credit to my Xbox current subscriptions, thus no money will need to change hands. Whilst it was my error in not cancelling the Auto-payment, I did move from Xbox ultimate to Live Gold, at the time of cancelling the Xbox Ultimate sub. and have current subscriptions. so MS may look on me more kindly.
