Xbox Canada email

Received an email from xbox Canada that was supposed to contain a division beta key. However the spot where the key was supposed to be says, "this offer is no longer valid" What gives?

Not sure if I will be rewarded with any points.

I have set up my xbox live ID with a Canadian email address and have done this from within Canada. Will I recieve points now?? I have had troubles in the past by setting up and xbox live account in Canada and having a U.S. email address.

Xbox One user in Canada... keeping region as US?

First post....

So, I just got my Xbox, and as my original email's profile was based in US, I have initially setup the region as US. Interestingly, I now get a whole slew of US apps, I can watch my cable through Xobx TV (but with the wrong guide), but I seem to have some issues playing ESPN videos, and I cannot purchase Xbox Live Gold, etc...

So, question is, is it worth keeping the region to US or it cause more issues than losing content being in Canada? What do Canadian users typically do?

I've done this on other devices for more US selection (like for iTunes Radio), but not sure if Xbox US content is IP-based and if it has that significant level of better content in US vs. Canada?

Sounds like it was a time limited code. Your best solution is to call Xbox Support. There is no other support that I'm aware of. You may be out of luck.

There are folks in Canada who have received emails. I would assume all emails have been sent.

I have the same problem with the region of the child's account is not the same as the parent's region. The difference is that I'm in Canada and not the UK (I came across the forum by searching). My billing region is Canada, the region on my console is
Canada, the regions showing on the profiles are Canada.

I see that someone fixed the problem by changing the extension on their email address. Both my son's email address and the parental address are using .ca, which is Canadian so that won't work for me.

Are there any other suggestions?
