Xbox buzzing turtle Beach headset (can’t find headset setting to stop buzzing)

It’s a ear force 50x headset

It’s the console I am mainly talking about the Xbox dashboard update. I am a preview member by the way. When I last had a turtle Beach a bunch of microphone settings would appear on he guide to stop background game noise and stop background buzzing but
now they never do. I looked everywhere for them it’s really annoying me.

Turtle beach is the best, but stay away from the special edition headsets. They're not as sturdy as the regular ones. Also if you have another brand controller, the Triton's may not hook up to it. Be careful with the cheaper Turtle Beaches, there was a
known issue between the headsets and some controllers causing a horrible buzzing effect (which can be solved by turning off the vibration). The buzzing can be heard by the user and whomever they are chatting with. The mics on the Turtle Beaches pick up everything,
so I had to turn the surround sound down to 0, even on a very low setting the people in the chat said it was really loud.

Basically, the noise is coming from the electrical current running through the controller due to it being wired into the console directly to charge a wireless controller or allow to maintain connection for a wired controller. Unfortunately,
depending on the headset you are using, this buzzing will not go away. In my experience, the only headset I own that does not buzz while I am "wired" into my console are my 100% wireless Turtle Beach 800X Elites. I have the Turtle Beach XO-1, XO-Seven Pro,
800x Elite, Astro A40 and the standard Microsoft Headset (black). As I said, the only ones that don't buzz are the 800 elites because they plug into the console via USB and Optical. All others plug into the controller in one way or another.

What type of headset you use?. There common issue with buzzing from mics while using the plug and play/charge units.

It can also depend on the charge unit itself sometimes taking to much power, could be possible.

im using a turtle beach earforce recon 30X and its not buzzing the controller just won't register the headset as being plugged in
