Xbox button flashes on console when on

My Xbox One console seems to be running fine but when it is on and I am using the console the Xbox button on the console flashes and makes that chirping noise that it makes when trying to sync a controller. It happens quite often sometimes every few minutes
sometimes it's not for half hr/hr at a time. Completely random. Anyone else had this issue?

xbox one controller wont sync wired or not wired

hi ive just swapped a ps4 for an xbox one and the controller will not sync at all i have it wired directly and still nothing. when i hook the wire up the controller vibrates for a second but still doesnt work. and when i press the sync button on the console the console light doesnt flash, what do i do?. ive tried everything unpluging everything and reconnecting, even holding the power button on console till switches off. i feel theres a problem with console because the light doesnt flash on console when its sync button is pressed, and the consle sync button clicks when pressed dont no if thats right or not. can someone help? dont want to pay out £84 for replacement and probably wait weeks

The indicator light flashes green when the disc tray is opening, when the disc tray is about to open, and during ordinary DVD drive activity. For more information, see

Note If an indicator light flashes green other times, such as when the console is turned off, you may need to request a console repair.

Is it possible that you're accidentally bumping the sync button or that it might be slightly stuck? (On either your Xbox One console or controller.) Can you try using a different controller to see if you experience the same issue? You can always try >>power
cycling<< your console to see if that helps as well.

Is your controler connected to the console? You can reconnect the controller by holding the button between the left and right bumper until the home button starts flashing. Also press the connect button on your console. Both should stop flashing when the
console and controler are connected.
