    Xbox bug when playing 360 backwards compatibility games


    I'm in xbox insider alpha skip ahead on my xbox one x and have recently found that despite been connected to xbox live (via ethernet to router, all network tests pass ok) when I play a 360 backwards compatibility game it thinks I'm not connected to xbox live, I tried removing my profile thinking I could re-download the profile and that would fix it but now i cant even download my 360 profile so i cant play no 360 games on my xbox one x, if anyone could help that would be most grateful, I've reported the bug through xbox but wanted to know if there is a fix I can do so I can play my 360 backwards compatible games again

    360 Kinect functionality is not available when playing Backwards Compatible on the Xbox One. If Kinect was required for the 360, then the game will not work on the Xbox One. See more info here.
