    I'm getting really annoyed. My xbox has been having some issues and I want to do a standard exchange, but the support page just keeps telling me that "Customer Email and Phone doesnot exist." That's copied straight from the page.

    What cable to use with HDTV.

    So picked up a new Xbox slim with Kinect for Christmas to replace our old broken Xbox 360. My question is. We have an HDTV that supports 1080p should I pick up some HDMI cables and connect the new Xbox that way or should I just use the cables that came
    with the system? The old Xbox 360 was connected with the basic cables that came with the system and the HD picture was very good. Thanks.

    Kinect being shipped by FedEx questions. Xbox read this.

    Xbox is the one that placed the shipment so they better no. It's not my fault my original kinect broke and xbox had to replace it. They should be responsible for this issue

    I had 12 broken systems so yes , because I really only owned one 360 but I had to keep getting it fixed or replaced I never bought 12 consoles that is how many broken systems they sent me before I got the 13th one and I have had that one since .

    I'm dealing with the same issue. I've had 3 different systems (ie 2 replacements sent) and they all had the same problem, so I'm pretty sure it is the power supply. Like yours, there is no outward sign that the power supply is faulty, but I don't think
    I'd get 3 broken systems in a row. I'm currently waiting on a replacement for my power supply

    Titanfall won't launch

    I am having the same issue on two games now, both downloaded. I contacted microsoft they instructed me to try and get a replacement from wal mart and I did and they replaced my system. Then I crashed at a different spot on Forza 5 and titanfall will not
    even launch. I also have fios, I am sick of having to download over 200 gbs of broken games. If i have 2 xboxs that wont work and multiple people had replacements and they are having issues there must be a problem.
