Xbox broken, can’t sign in or open games

Okay so about a week ago, my xbox broke, and I wasn’t able to sign in or open any games or apps. When this first happened my xbox was extremely slow and it would take me a couple minutes to navigate to try and sign in. When I try to sign in, it sits there
saying signing in For a couple of minutes, and then I am prompted with “There was a problem signing in, but it should work if you try again. (0x80a30204)”. When I try to open a game, I see a gray screen for a minute or two, and then it shows the thumbnail
of the game for a couple seconds and then it tells me for some reason the game has took too long to start (0x8027025a). Recently it hasn’t been as slow but the problem still persists. I have tried so many things to fix it, like hard resetting it, unplugging
everything for a minute, leaving everything unplugged for the night, starting it up with wired and wireless connection, but it never works. I have found one temporary solution, and that’s to leave my xbox on for several hours with my controller on. For some
reason when I leave it on long enough it will sign me in because my account is linked to my controller. But the problem will return once I turn my xbox off and turn it on again. Also I can not open up the settings. I do not think it’s a problem with my connection
because I Can still update games. Once, when I was able to sign in by leaving the console on I unlinked my account from my controller, hoping that was the problem, and now I don’t think I can sign in at all. I don’t think the problem has something to do with
my internet, because I can still update games. I’m getting desperate now, and I am willing to factory reset if that fixes the problem. I have briefly looked around online to see if anyone has the same problem as me, but I haven’t seen anything. If anyone could
help, that would be greatly appreciated.

Can’t sign in

Why can’t I sign into my Xbox account ? It’s keep saying “try again in a few moments or sign into your account”

 

Update: my Xbox is installing an update, so hopefully this will fix the problem.
