    Xbox Broke


    I didn't go on my Xbox for about a week and I came back to it, tried to load it up it wouldn't make any noise and it continues to come up with something went wrong and giving me the option to restart it or troubleshoot. I have tried everything, I spoke to
    someone from Microsoft on the chat and it was useless could someone please help.

    have you got the guitar back from the shop? if so is it still broke? if yes then take it back and get them to set up the game so you can show them and prove its broke. i doubt very much its your xbox, theyre notorious for breaking
    if you really say it is broke then theyre probably just trying it on.

    question about a broken xbox

    Good morning,

    A few weeks ago my xbox one broke. Something with the power supply inside the the xbox was broke. Since it was out of warranty I decided to buy a new one.

    The only problem is that when my xbox broke it was on with a game inside. Since the xbox will not power on now, how do I get the game out? I know I could smash it open, but I don't want to damage the disc. Anyone have any ideas how to get it out?

    Xbox Broke

    First thing try a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
    the results. If that doesn't work you should try a factory reset. Restore to Factory Defaults | Xbox One

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Any report filed against you is thoroughly investigated first before a suspension is issued.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/home#sub-topic0-6 where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    Phone/chat support can't help as they are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement.

    Are there any error messages? "Was not working" could mean anything.

    Please try to explain what exactly doesn't happen.

    this is what i do i put in black ops 2 it make growling sound says play game on disk so i start game and as soon as it starts it says disk is unreadable... but it doesnt seem to be xbox or disk the disk runs perfectly on my brothers xbox but then my xbox
    play every game perfectly but black ops 2
