Xbox broke my game

juddery playback when playing from HDD

must be a glitch with the game then. I suppose thats good news in that my xbox aint broke. Hopefully they can fix it with a patch or something.

question about a broken xbox

Good morning,

A few weeks ago my xbox one broke. Something with the power supply inside the the xbox was broke. Since it was out of warranty I decided to buy a new one.

The only problem is that when my xbox broke it was on with a game inside. Since the xbox will not power on now, how do I get the game out? I know I could smash it open, but I don't want to damage the disc. Anyone have any ideas how to get it out?

If you can't access an in-game item, this may be due to in-game server interruption. Kindly answer the following questions and we'll advise the best approach in resolving this issue:

Have you tried accessing other downloadable contents of Forza Horizon 3 to check if the same instance occurs?

Are you using an Xbox One console or a Windows 10 PC?

If you're using an Xbox One console, we suggest clearing the console's persistent storage and alternate MAC address. Here are the steps:

Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Access the content and check if you'll encounter the same issue.

Clearing the console's persistent storage will remove temporary files. This won't affect your data.

Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart. Access the content and check if you'll encounter the same issue.

Clearing the console's alternate MAC address will refresh the device's network configuration.

Not bad, hope it releases finished this time around. That game nearly broke my Xbox, traded the game in after 3 days. Broke my heart lol

There is nothing in the drive that could cause a game to crack in the console.

It is far more likely the crack was caused by the nipple in the games box. You would need to purchase another copy yourself.

But if you truly believe the console did this you should phone support and order a repair as you wont want it happening to any other disc's.

After beating the final battle did you get a message saying "True Vault Hunter" mode was enabled????

At the very beginning before the game starts hit the yellow button (instead of continue) to pick a new character and just select your current character again and a menu should open to select which play through you want if you actually finished the first
playthrough......."continue first or play "true vault hunter". True Vault Hunter will start from the very beginning again.

Can you give more info on what's going on. I can only assume. Are all the enemies lvl 50? did you accept all the missions before you beat the final story mission on p2? How is it broken in your words?

I assume that you expect all the incomplete missions will scale to lvl 50. Which they will not. Once you accept a mission but don't turn it in it'll stay at the level that you accepted it and not scale.
