    Bring back the Family Gold!

    Also, if you have a family pack, you can remove one from the family, have them purchase 12months of live, wait 5 days, bring them back into the family pack, their 12month subscription will be cut in half to 6months and then 6months will go to each person
    in the family pack. This can be done four times before you cant do it again. I hope this helps.

    G'day Jee!

    Let's see if disabling the family timer entirely, and then reactivating it will help with this.

    • On your settings hub, go to Family settings and enter the pass code. Select Family Timer and turn it off.
    • Be sure to save your changes. Then
      clear the cache       and restart the console.
    • Go back to your Family Timer settings and set it back to what you prefer. Save changes.
